National News:The series of heavy shelling and drone attacks started by Pakistan on Thursday night has made the situation on the Line of Control (LOC) and the international border extremely serious. Indian security forces not only thwarted Pakistani drone attacks, but also demolished many enemies in retaliation.

Drone attack, India retaliated

Pakistan tried to drone attacks on 26 cities from Jammu and Kashmir to Gujarat on Friday evening. An attempt was also made to target Srinagar Airport and Avantipura Airbase, which failed by the Indian Air Force. India killed most of Pakistani drones in retaliation and attacked four airbase of Pakistan via self -drones.

Firing on civil areas, religious places also targeted

Pakistan targeted civil areas and religious places from mortar and guns in Nowshera, Poonch and Kupwara. The brave soldiers of the Indian Army M. Murali Nayak were sacrificed in the Kerry sector of Rajouri, while three civilians were killed and many were injured.

Blackout on border and sniperattack

Pakistani snipers also opened fire in Rajouri and Poonch. Due to the possibility of attacks, blackouts were done in the border areas. The Pakistani drone fell at a house in Ferozepur, causing a fire and injuring seven people.

Trying to send more than 400 drones

According to Indian military spokespersons, Pakistan tried to send 300–400 drones in violation of India's air base on the night of 7 and 8 May, of which 70 were killed. Most of the drones were Turkian -manufactured 'Asisguard Songs', while some were also made by China.

India's reply: Attack on airbase and radar destroyed

India also carried out attacks with armed drones on four airbase of Pakistan in retaliation. The Pakistani AV radar was demolished in an attack. The Indian Army destroyed dozens of drones using L-7 gun, ZU-23mm and Silka Gun.

High level meeting of Prime Minister

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held an emergency meeting with the Chief of Defense Staff and the three army chiefs on Friday evening and reviewed the situation. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval were also present in the meeting.

Civil aircraft of Pakistan accused of shielding

India has accused Pakistan of melting its civic aircraft to protect against air strikes and disregard international aviation rules. While India has shut down its air space in the border areas, Pakistan continued air -operating in areas like Karachi and Lahore.
